Our products have a 5 YEAR limited warranty, from the time of original purchase.

Idealspaten USA warrants to the original consumer or purchaser that their product(s) shall be free of manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship and will perform as intended.  At Idealspaten USA's option, a product deemed defective may be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage attributable to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or improper care and maintenance.  Broken handles or damage from abuse are not covered by warranty.  We are not responsible for shipping charges for items covered under warranty.

Please provide the following information if you are claiming a warranty:
- Order number, when and where the item was purchased from
- Description of the damage/defect
- Detailed description of the usage the tool has experienced
- Description of how the tool is stored, maintained, and any changes or alterations that have been made
- Photos of the entire tool, as well as the problem/affected area.  Provide the following photos and any additional needed.
