The Saarland is a serrated cutting shovel with a full size rounded blade, made for cut-digging and material moving. The ergonomically curved handle is designed for efficiency and comfort when lifting and moving heavy material loads. Works well in harder and heavily rooted soils where you need to cut through material.
 
The lacquered handle finish will protect the wood against the elements and moisture, and from drying out over time. The powder coated finish on the head will protect against rust.
